Puzzle Study

Student Self-perceptions and Puzzle Solving

We are conducting an online study on how college and university students see themselves and how this may affect how they complete tasks, like word puzzles. This study takes about 30-40 minutes to complete and your answers will be totally anonymous.

Your participation will help us gain insight into how students' self-perceptions have an impact on how they complete tasks, like word puzzles. Plus after completing the study you will get a chance to enter a draw for one of several $50 iTunes gift cards. If you would like to participate please click 'NEXT" below to enter the survey.

Before you begin, we suggest you turn off the pop-up blocker in your Internet browser. Pop up windows may appear in the survey and you will be unable to complete the survey if your pop-up blocker is not turned off. If you choose to do so, but do not know how, follow the instructions below.

If you are using:

Firefox, you must click the tab "Firefox" -> "Preferences"/"options" -> and finally deselect "Block pop-up windows".

Safari, you must click the tab "Safari", -> and finally click "Block pop-up windows". Make sure there is no check mark.

Internet Explorer, you must click "tools" -> "Pop-up blocker" -> and finally click "Turn off Pop-up Blocker".

Follow the same steps to reactivate the pop-up blocker once you are finished.
